At B&J Specialties our technical staff has over 60 years of combined experience working with Nanometrics equipment. I myself,Brian Jamrus,worked for Nanomteics for 8 years and was laid off in 1989. I started B&J Specialties the following year and have been in steady business ever since. Ron Ritchey works with me and worked at Nanometrics for almost 25 years before being laid off as well.He has worked with B&J ever since.

At B&J Specialties Service is our Business. We take great pride in being the only vendor with capability of supporting obsolete Nanometrics film thickness and CD measuring equipment to the extent we can.
